Shipping Policy

Welcome to Decowraps' shipping policy section. Here, we are committed to providing you with clear information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. Our goal is to ensure that your orders are delivered to you efficiently and reliably. If you have any questions about our shipping process, please feel free to contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you’ll be delighted with everything you buy at Decowraps. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return all or any part of your order, provided it’s undamaged and in the original packaging.

GENERAL RETURN PROCESS
  1. Initiate a return: Please email us at support.decowraps@gmail.com with photos and/or videos of the item and your order number. Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.

  2. Ship the items back: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Note that items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information and a signature requirement, as we are not responsible for lost return items.

  3. Refund or exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and issue a refund or provide a replacement.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days after receipt.

  • All items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

RETURN CHARGES
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect pattern, photo, dimensions do not match the ones entered by the customer or defective product), we will provide a full refund, including return shipping fees.

  • If the return is due to the buyer's preference (e.g., wrong product item code/no of rolls), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees

PACKAGE
  • Please package the product taking extra care to ensure the products are packed tightly and the ends of the rolls are protected. Make sure to include your completed advice note.

  • This ensures that the product is well secured during shipping as we will be unable to authorize a refund for damaged goods.

  • For this reason, we also advise insuring your package when shipping.

 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this time, please check with your bank or credit card company as there may be delays. If you still do not receive your refund, contact us at support.decowraps@gmail.com.

Note: We do not refund original shipping costs.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
  • We can cancel the order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If the payment has been completed but the parcel is not yet shipped, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the parcel has been shipped.

RESOLUTION DISCRETION:

Given the unique nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution we deem most appropriate. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to reach out to our team for a prompt resolution.

NO REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Please note that no refunds will be given under the following conditions:

  • The customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.

  • There are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.

  • The package is refused by the recipient.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Some products are non-returnable, including Custom Wallpaper, as it takes great efforts to customize and print the wallpapers as per your specific requirements unless the reason of a return is faulty goods, caused by the producer. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or used.
